Last week I was starting to feel confident about my weight loss & chose not to drink my daily water dose. After all, I was staying within my allotted food points...I didn't have to drink the water....right? Wrong-oh! {What on earth makes me think the rules do not apply to me? You would think I would have figured that out after almost 35 years!} I only lost .4 last week....what? That was point four. Not even a half pound, but .4 Yikes! That took the wind out of my sail and I was very disappointed in myself. So...this week I put forth extra effort towards drinking 64 oz. of water per day along with staying within my points....guess what? Today I lost 2.2 lbs for a grand total of 11 lbs!!!!! I have been doing a lot of reading about water and it's health benefits...how the majority of the population is dehydrated. Google drinking water or go here and see for yourself!
