Day # 5

This morning we hung out at home, went to the park and were ready for the pool by noon. Today we swam in the indoor pool at Keller Pointe. Emma was just tall enough to use the big slide, 42 inches. After some smooth talking from Dad, she agreed to try it...we all knew that she would either #1 love it and never want to stop or #2 hate it and be very upset. Well...she came down that slide with the biggest smile and then there was no stopping her. She strutted her stuff and must have gone down that slide 50 times!

This evening Uncle Brian & I took over kiddie duty and sent Momma & Daddy out for the evening...dinner alone....childless, whew, if only for a couple of hours. I made chicken nuggets {a kiddie favorite} and let them have soda with their dinner! What a treat! Directly followed by red cherry popsicles!
