Go get your pencil! This one is super easy & too good to miss! Thank you to my friend, Sandy, for sharing the recipe which I'm going to share with you!Chocolate Bark: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13 pan with wax paper, arrange saltines in a single layer. In a saucepan melt 1 stick of butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Pour over saltines. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove crackers from oven. Sprinkle one package of milk chocolate chips on top of warm crackers, when they melt, spread over crackers. Top with 1 cup of chopped pecans. Place into refrigerator to chill. Break into bite size pieces & eat 'em up! Yummy!
