below is a transcript of a conversation I had today with my trainer.....
Me: how are you & your fiance' going to celebrate Valentines day?
J: not only is it Valentines day, but today is the anniversary of our very first date
Me: awe, thats cool
J: we have plans to make dinner and bake a carrot cake together tonight
.....what planet is he from? a CARROT cake for Valentines Day? WTF?

I bought a HUGE chocolate chip cookie from the bakery and am thinking about eating the entire thing myself. Happy Valentines Day to me. That is what it is all about. Have a great weekend.
