Brian got some 'intel' that the space shuttle Endeavor
would be landing at Carswell atop of a 747.
So we rushed down there....and he used this big ass lens...
to capture these fabulous pictures of the landing.
The shuttle was en route to Florida,
but is spending the night here in Fort Worth due to some weather
between here and there.
Would hate to have it 'blow' off in turbulance!
Wanna see more? Brian posted all the photos over here.

These photos are great! What a neat thing to see.
Hi, Michelle! Did you know that I secretly stalk you on your blog? :-) I had to reveal myself and comment on this one, though. Very cool photos. When we lived in TX, I got to see the Shuttle land and Ft. Hood once, but I didn't have a fancy camera so my pictures are tiny and blurry. In my current job, I traveled to Dryden and was able to take a private tour of that 747. Pretty awesome!
