Recipe | Applesauce

Okay, so I've slipped a little on the monthly recipes...
moving across the country & dealing full time with a
relocation company will do that!  Not to mention, it is no
fun to try new recipes by yourself.
Angie made apples when we were there for the soccer game,
I had forgotten how delish they are...like candy!
4 apples - peeled, cored and chopped
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

In a saucepan, combine apples, water, sugar, and cinnamon. Cover, and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until apples are soft. Allow to cool, then mash with a fork or potato masher.

I think I put a little pat-o-butter in there too! Yummy stuff! You're makin' my mouth water!
