- No fad diet plan. { all protein, all grapefruit, no carbs } Fads diets do not change your lifestyle/habits & are completely unrealistic for long term success.
- You can eat what you want. Seriously, you really can...you must practice restraint & limit portions, but you can have it! Love that! I'm still drinking Mt. Dew...just have to count the points.
- Simple philosophy...you only get a certain number of points per day...do not go over. Sort of like the checkbook ~ do not spend money that you do not have.
- Accountability. When you attend meetings & weigh in front of your friends you wanna be a loser!
- It is working!
My goals: to relax on the sofa without having to unbutton the top button of my jeans, to be able to groom my own toenails with out moaning, groaning, grunting & becoming short of breath, to make shopping for clothes easier & most importantly to feel confident & proud in my own skin! {won't I be a hottie in that black mustang this summer?}
Okay, I admit, on occasion I tend to exaggerate a little bit. The computer charting probably won't kill me & it really wasn't as bad as I had imagined it to be. {Carri says we are about 20 years behind the times!}
