Cheesecake Factory Bruschetta

1 1/2 cups chopped Roma tomatoes (6-8 tomatoes)
2 Tbs diced red onion
1 large garlic clove, minced
2 Tbs chopped fresh basil (4-6 leaves)
2 Tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
dash ground black pepper
1/2 loaf French baguette or crusty Italian bread
1/4 tsp garlic salt

1. Combine tomatoes, red onion, garlic and basil in a medium bowl.
2. Add 1/2 Tbs of oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, mix well.  Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
3. Slice bread at a 45 degree angle into 1 inch slices.  Mix the remaining 1 1/2 Tbs of olive oil with the garlic salt and brush on both sides of the bread.  Broil the slices of bread on both sides until lightly browned.
4. Arrange bread around the outside of a plate and pour the chilled tomato into the center.
